KOI was founded in 2018 with the aim of producing sustainable grapes and wine with a strong connection with our land. Where possible we try to recover old vineyards and ancient trelling systems, which allow a balanced development of the plant despite the difficulties of mechanization. The fruit obtained is then taken to the cellar, where it is transformed and becomes wine without any use of other ingredients or preservatives.

The name KOI takes inspiration from Japanese culture, where carp is a symbol of perseverance and non-conformism.
